Nicodemus looked the young man up and down again. He still wasn’t entirely convinced, his senses were telling him that something didn’t sit right here. He was becoming desperate though. This deal had gone on for too long. Lavender needed to pay up if she wanted him to live up to his end of the deal and protect her family. He would take this boy's soul, he would take his body. He didn’t really believe that this Cormac knew what he was getting into, not really. It would be quite a shock to him certainly.
