RP: don't be a girl about it Date: March 23, 2001 Characters: Evan and Sam Location: bar, muggle London Private/Public: Private Summary: After a PAM meeting, Evan goes to see why his friend Sam is so quiet lately. Then after finding out Sam broke up with his boyfriend, he drags him out to get him laid (but not by himself). Status: Complete
Evan was distracted all meeting. His thoughts were pulled to Teagan not being there. She'd said she was gone for good, and apparently, she meant it. But he meant what he said to. He wasn't just going to let her walk away. He'd do something. He'd never done anything to a member of PAM - former or otherwise - before, but he'd make an exception for her. If she was going to align herself with that werewolf, John Dekker, she wasn't going to walk away. Had she kept John out of the conversation, then he probably would have. But she'd made the mistake not.
His attention was also pulled to Sam, who was usually quiet. He'd been quiet for a few weeks now and Evan had no idea why. He'd thought maybe coming to PAM meeting would open his friend up, but instead, Sam was silent. It wasn't normal. He didn't like it. All meeting long, he cast long glances at Sam, urging him to talk but getting no response. He wasn't even sure if Sam noticed him looking his way.
After the meeting, Evan said goodbye to people, but made his way to where Sam was sitting. Sliding down across from his friend, he looked at him for a second. "What's wrong, Sam? Tell your friend Evan what's going on that's got you so quiet," he said, bluntly. Evan wasn't for mincing words. The word subtly wasn't in his dictionary.
