Cormac actually laughed. It was on the tip of his tongue to suggest that she may very well be insane to be sitting here with him. But he knew there were limits and actually giving her that idea with his teasing might be a bad idea anyway. Who knew what she'd do with it? It could make her come to her senses finally, which he'd hate. "From me, Astoria, it's a compliment. Maybe not if it came from you, but it had come from me," he said with a grin. "And actually being a harpy would probably mean that you couldn't actually defend yourself. That's why the women harp. All they have is their words."
