Cormac shook his head. "Not a bad habit. Just a habit," he said softly with a smile. Moving his hand, he brushed some of her hair behind her shoulder gently. His hand lingered on her shoulder, resting there. He didn't want to break contact completely. He was rather nervous that breaking the contact would break whatever spell they were under or reason why they were so close to begin with.
He frowned when she moved her hand back, but he didn't say anything. It was her choice. When she moved back, he withdrew his hand from her shoulder and leaned back as well. His actions were reluctant and he had no qualms on showing it. "Oh, I still am," he said with a smirk, purposely situating himself more comfortably in his seat. He had no intention of moving the chair back to where it belonged just yet.
