Cormac enjoyed her touch, not wanting to lose it. It would be so easy to screw this up, to drive her away or worse. He had no idea how he'd keep her around, but he was determined to in that moment. In that moment, the thought of her going somewhere just made him sad. He wasn't desperate, but there was just something about her he didn't want to let go of yet. She intrigued him. She was a mystery. She was a pleasant surprise. He smiled.
His eyes flickered away from her face to where her hand smoothed this shirt. He had barely noticed she had wrinkled his shirt, hadn't cared. It was a little abnormal for him such a public place, always wanting to look his best and give off the best impression he could. But he'd been distracted. He'd been pleasantly distracted. "More mystery. More secrets," he said with a smile, clearly not minding. Yes, he was curious of what rule she'd broken this time, but he thought it was more important that she had broken it than that she told him what it was.
