Cormac shrugged with a smile. He wasn't sure what to say to that. He did know how to flatter a woman in a lot of ways. It was a "skill" that his father had tried to teach him to get what he wanted. But right now, he wasn't purposely using that skill on Astoria. "Maybe you're just easy to flatter and I don't need to actually try. You're just that damned good," he said, feeling flattered that she said that she found him interesting. He laughed. "But he hasn't used those thousand ways to destroy you yet. I think that's a good sign." Looking at her closely, he decided to take a risk. The only thing she could was say no. Where the real harm? "Or you could... go with me? And show me those tourist sights I missed as a kid?"
He laughed. "Well this time I'll just say that you win then," he said with a grin.
