Teagan though John could use some groceries. She wasn't the best homemaker herself, especially since it was just her, but she did better than him at least. Scrounging through the cabinets for something that was at least semi-edible, she found sandwich makings and pulled a lot of it out with the bread she found nearby. Grabbing two plates, she stacked everything onto them to carry out.
"Oh good," she said happily. "I'm already making the list of things to bring with me. Junk food, beer or some alcohol even if it's just for me... Uh, God, what else? I doubt medicine will help you feel better. Do you have a record player? I can bring over records, though I doubt you'd like what I do." She gave a little laugh as she walked back in the living room carrying the two plates loaded with sandwich makings.
