Evan was surprised he hadn't gotten laid. He shrugged, feeling a bit bad for bringing it up to someone who wasn't getting any. It could easily make his mood fall even if he'd laughed first.
At Sam's explanation he stopped on the sidewalk and reached out, stopping Sam with him. "Let me get this right. You just wanted to see him, to be near or with him, and then you went to his place and instead of getting laid, you actually slept together. No sex? Really? Sam, are you...." He stopped. "Are you like in love with his guy? The only people I hear doing or saying those things are people who claim to be in love? I'm not trying to put a downer on anything, but... come on, you know I don't care if you like guys or girls but are you actually in love with him and you haven't taken him to a meeting or at the very least let me meet him? What kind of friend are you!" He laughed at the end of his statement. Of course he didn't understand why someone would do that. He really actually thought the entire notion was sickening romantic and unnecessary but he wasn't going to put it down exactly in front of Sam. And teasing him was the best way to go around that part of it. So Sam wants to go sleep with his boy toy, and not have sex, that was up to him right? As long as he didn't later complain about not getting laid.
