Mandy could see the bitterness in the smile. Tracey didn't try to hide it at all, which was fine with Mandy. It's not like either of them liked each other.

"It was lovely," she said tersely. "My date and I had a great time. We danced, we mingled, we did everything you do at a wedding," she finished in the same falsely sweet tone. "Couldn't have asked for a better wedding. I particularly loved how they kept it lowkey, between friends and family, unlike some people."
