Re: Evening Events
Aside from being made aware that the vampire was singing a tune that night (and therefore doing her best to remain out of his sight, not wishing to hold a repeat conversation with him), Annaliese felt that the night could be marginally enjoyable. She was not to most festive of those in attendance (in fact, she was nearly the least) but being able to watch those around her was enjoyable in its own way.
She'd taken a seat near the outer edge of the main commotion. The warming charm on the apple cider she'd managed to procure was acceptable, and Annaliese found herself sipping on it from time to time, wondering vaguely if she ought to give mixing and mingling a try. Perhaps not, but wasn't tonight supposed to be about fun? Or, at least, the attempt of fun?
