Mandy shook her head. "Just putting a wand in a muggleborn's hand on British soil is putting them in danger. Granted, they are in danger anyway, but all we do is make the danger more prominent. And I've heard stories of muggleborns who get foolhardy, believing having a wand alone gives them all the power in the world. Then they put themselves in more danger by being reckless," she said firmly. "But yes, it does look from the outside like the Turquoise faction is trying to build an army. It's hard to see it from the inside, but looking at it from the outside, it all just makes... too much sense. I'm not violent. I'm not the type of girl who can or will fight. Sure, I'll defend myself if need be, but that's all. I will not go looking for a fight, and that's what the Turquoise faction seems to be doing. My main reason for being in the faction is to help muggleborns, not to be part of some army."
