Can I say that Quinn was voluntold to be a judge on the grounds that, while she may loathe bonding activities, Vector (or another staff member) strongly advised she participate to help foster stronger community bonds between senior Prefects and the younger students? (I know I'm on hiatus but this is adorable and I can be around enough to comment with Quinn!)
