Earlier that week, Jesse had been touring through rural Dakota with SCUM, his GWAR cover band. During an especially spirited "King Queen" dance routine, the bassist whipped her scorpion tale around so fast that it knocked Jesse flat on his back. He woke up two days later, unable to remember his name, in a Nevada restaurant. It would take until Monday for him to remember who he is and return to Gooseberry.
