At 4:30 PM, all the students walk out to the field for archery with Mr. Thorn, who explains that they’re going to have an exciting archery contest. Everyone gets three shots to prove themselves. The winner will be named Robin Hood, and will be given a hat just like the Disney character, and a bag of chocolate coins.
There will also be a prize for the worst shot, who will be named Sheriff of Nottingham, and will receive a sheriff’s badge and another bag of chocolate coins. Soon, the competition for Sheriff becomes as heated as the one for the title of Robin.
Winners will be chosen based on RNG with a dash of IC description influencing the roll. When you post your description of what your character did, please rate their personal performance on a scale of 1-10. If you don't include the score somewhere, your character won't be considered for either prize.
JUNIOR AZURCRESTS AND JUNIOR COPPERTALES: Egg Drop
Overseen by Mr. Oakes, the students are given access to the craft and (non-magical) artificing supplies to try and build a non-magical container that will protect an egg when they drop it out one of the high windows of the lodge. As usual, Oakes is fun and engaging, but for the round that “counts,” kids can only use what he gives them for their safety vessels. He later holds a “For Fun” round, where he allows magic and supplies anyone’s willing to sacrifice from their dorm rooms.
The winning team receives a set of plastic crowns, transfigured to feature an egg motif. (Winners will be chosen based on RNG with a dash of IC description influencing the roll. When you post your description of what your character did, please rate their personal performance on a scale of 1-10.)
Students are divided into teams of two or three. The teams are as follows:
