Cecil!! Now Ravi's definitely excited, since he forgot Cecil was in OE until he received their tent assignments. I feel like with him being so busy most of the time, Ravi almost never sees Cecil except in class and prefect meetings, so it's really nice to have this weekend to hang out with him. C:
