I don't want to be a bully. I was just teasing and we stopped when he got upset. It just went on for awhile before he did get upset and now everyone's saying we were antagonizing him.

I was because we JUST got ungrounded but I'm sure it'll be fine now.

That's not rude. It's kind of nice to hear when everyone's calling me antagonistic and stuff.

No I just mean like in general at what point does something become a date? Do you have to say the word? Or can it be implied? Because that's how miscommunications happen.
