Ursula the Mocktail Slinging Sea Witch
Considering the evening is all about the spectacle, Ursula's dressed to impress and will be eagerly chatting and flirting with her fellow students while she prepares drinks. She's attended more than her fair share of boozy society events and playing bartender seems like a good way to mingle and have fun... as well as putting herself one step closer to obtaining next year's Event Committee dictatorship.

And if anyone's interested in dancing with a sea monster, she'll remind them her shift ends in an hour. ♥
