CAUSE THIS IS GAYSBERRY.

They actually screen for it during the application process.

The girls' score sheet looks something like this:

Alternative hair color (+5 points)

Short hair (+10 points)

Purse is a backpack (+40 points)

Animal fur present on clothing (+30 points)

Nails trimmed short (+20 points)

Backwards snapbacks and/or beanies as wardrobe staple (+40 points)

Hates Jenny on the L Word (+70 points)
etc

You have to score over 100 to get in.
