In that case, you will just need permission from one of your parents. Then a staff member will drive you to the edge of the anti-apparition zone, and you can apparate to wherever you like. You will need to be back to campus at the time agreed upon by your parent(s) and Head of House, or staff will report you missing to your parents. If you were not 18, then a parent or designated adult would have to come pick you up.
