I was busy yesterday with a baby shower (not fun) and generally visiting my aunt (also not fun) and missed the New Moon writer. I have skimmed this now and I think this may have been a good thing. (I am headed back home today so if anyone is really so very, very stir crazy, they should come visit me. There are dragons.)

I was going to ask what fun things everyone did yesterday, but I think maybe I should ask about today's plans instead. Is everyone enjoying their break or are you counting down the days until we go back?

Is your family doing well? What was so "not fun" about everything? But ah, I do hope I can visit your place during spring break when I'm in Mexico. There's something astounding about the fact that I've known you so long and I've never even seen a real live dragon.

I think I'm going to try to enjoy the rest of the break. It's been busy the last couple of days, and I still need to get some of these applications sorted out.

Ah, yes, everyone is healthy. Being around my aunt always makes me feel very much like wallowing in teenager feelings. But it is okay now. I have survived the day.

But yes! You must! I will finally prove to Papá M that I am not making up having a very responsible future-healer friend. For some reason he is very skeptical that anyone so serious could put up with me other than Rafa.

Ah, and now you have reminded me that I should probably start working on applications for dance programs.

Oh, heaven forbid that everyone must put up the teenagers feelings of you, a seventeen-year-old girl. But I'm sorry, enough terrible teasing from you. I'm glad everyone's fine. It was good to see you again during Tabitha's party.

I don't believe that. Surely your fathers are very proud of what a serious, responsible prefect you've been since sophomore year. I promise to tell them many stories about how you have the Ribbonfin freshmen in terror of your stern ways.

I hope it's not too stressful. I know you don't get quite as many opportunities to work on your dancing at Gooseberry, but you are a fantastic ballerina, Sun-mi. We'll all be watching you on stage one day.
