I guess it depends on the situation. If it's something that effects the other person, I guess I respect it. For the most part.

If it's something that effects only me. Or mostly me. Well, I get to make my own decisions. Even if they're not always the best ones.

It doesn't happen a lot? People usually let me get away with things. A lot of the time I just don't ask first if I think they'll tell me not to.

But I don't fight it when it happens. Even when I know I'm right or it's something I really want.

i try to listen. usually, the people that tell me 'no' know better than i do and they're just trying to help. like calvin. sometimes i mess it up or forget or really want to do it anyway, though.

I ask them why and if they have a good reason for telling me NO, then I listen.

But if I think it's a logically unsound reason, then I try to explain my point of view.

I will admit that I can be a little dramatic when I don't get the things I want though.

This is a highly context dependent question.

If it's relating to romance or sex and someone tells me no about something? I suck it up and respect them.

If I'm being told no, and it's not sexual or romance related, and their is a good reason for the no, generally I'll listen.

If I'm told no in a discriminatory way about something because of my gender, my religion, or my sexuality, then hell no, I do not take that no lying down. Fuck that particular "no."
