Did such a good job of dodging this shit like ALL DAY. Falsely confident, he's headed back to Ebonhide after Charms and just strides straight into some mistletoe.

It almost looks like it's on purpose, so to save face(???) he stands there for a moment, pretending to look through his bag for something. When enough people have passed he stops, sighs, etc. Yup.
