Name: Solomon Webb
Year: Sophomore
Patronus Form: <a href="http://www.imgion.com/images/01/animated-brown-bear-.jpg"
Why?: The bear is a symbol of healing and personal strength. It's the belief of going within yourself to find answers. Which is basically Solomon - he's got a lot of internal strength and patience.
Their happy memory: Making the quidditch team is his happy memory. He understands achievement through academics, but making the team symbolized achievement through a revenue he was unfamiliar with.
Their attempt: Like everything else he does, Solomon threw himself into this too.
Are they in DADA or Occlumency?: nope
