Ursula is doing her usual duty of corrupting any Ribbonfins who are on the fence about going to a party. She's looking a bit more distracted than usual, but she's taken extra care to make sure she's also got on a cute-as-hell wintery knit wear outfit along the lines of Quinn and Mina's which I am not going to describe, BUT IT'S VERY CUTE, OKAY.
But, yes, more importantly, any fishies that need encouragement to attend will get all the pushes they need from Ursula!
