ANNOUNCEMENTS: Feb 2

Deadline for Grotto party kissing games is tonight! Okay technically it was last night, but if you've got last minute signups or requests for characters you want to push together, then get them in now because we're putting together the list tonight. Sign up HERE.

Team Gooseberry cheer tryouts will be held on Thursday, February 16! Tryouts will only be open to characters who are currently on a cheer squad. This is going to be more RNG-based, but cheerleaders can improve their chances of making the team by a) being generally active in the game, and b) writing a journal entry or comment before the 16th which mentions they've been practicing for tryouts.

...I had other things to say but I can't remember what they are. I know there's a ton of things that need mod attention but if there's anything you really, really want a response for, just remind me here, please?

MARCH IS STILL SHITTY AND COLD UP IN THE MOUNTAINS... but i imagine marin will make me take it easy on you guys and have spring come faster than it actually does in utah. she let it stay warm at gooseberry so much longer than the awful snowy reality I was living in september/october.

ANYWAY, tentatively i'll say another game in early march will be doable, but by late march it's warming up, pending marin's confirmation.

	it isn't skinny-dipping but when i was a wee one my two friends and i put on bathing suits in march and decided to "swim" in the giant mud puddle that was our front yard's ditch. it was a glorious day. (Reply to this) (Parent)

Man I was inclined to say "OK we let it stay colder longer for hockey..." but then I just remembered how long we've been trapped in winter. Why does this camping school take place during winter and make everyone go home during summer? This is Hell. Why did I ever tell you this school concept was a good idea.

yes I'm Canadian born and raised but I hate winter ok I'm so cold all the time
