a SUPER COOL note for those who may not be aware
i'll be posting about this with quinn tomorrow or wednesday but it's something that could impact more than a few characters so if you'd like some material to post with, this was a thing that happened!

in 2013 there was a pretty wicked ice storm in some of central/western canada/USA. (i BSed those regions.)
- it started on the 19th, for more places it started on the 20th, and by the 23rd it was pretty much over.
- lots of people lost power (hi, i did, it hardcore sucked)
- areas affected include: southern ontario, ottawa, upstate new york, probably some more places but you'd have to look into it yourself
- (i mean, these kids are wizards so it's not like all hope is lost.)

	This is his worst nightmare. Living with CANADIANS when he should be posted up 9-5 like a good Irish Catholic. And not just any Canadians, but Quinn's parents who are WEIRD and yet he feels compelled to impress them ~for some reason~ Ahhhhh, he won't have any clothes to change into and he sweats so much in his sleep. 	quinn can point him in the direction of the at least 1 catholic church that she's pretty sure exists in the uber-protestant city of hamilton. i was going to suggest that he got permission to get dropped off in hamilton on monday from the bus but THAT SUPER GROSS THING ALSO WORKS. thank god for magic.
