	He's fiiiiine. Mostly. With Riley, he just never sees it coming, honestly. And he probably never will. He just loves doing cheer and stuff with her and she's so cute and friendly until she's not. Cecil agrees with Quinn that Rafael deserves all the recognition for handling that cluster like he did. He felt bad about it when it happened and he feels bad all over again about it now. Especially because Raf's a friend and he never wanted to put him int he middle of that sort of mess. So. He gets it. Hence apologizing instead of defending the choice.
