I really like what I've seen so far of Sy!! Het would be okay with him, I think? Like if he was really douchey or she saw him outright bullying someone she'd probably say something because dude, Not Cool. But mostly I think she just laughs at him, like ~whatever you say Sy~ and then flirts back. :| Casual makeouts sounds good, EXCEPT now that they're both captains she might try and be more ~discreet~ for the sake of her team's morale lmao.

LMAO IT WASN'T A EUPHEMISM. Henrietta used to be a lot better at studying but this year Quidditch and parties are her top priorities, so I think she needs someone to study with who'll keep her focused. :| Idk if you're offering but if not casually friendly sounds good!
