Blaise was having a more difficult time with Draco than he had imagined. His cousin had developed one hell of a backbone in prison, something Blaise had suspected, but hadn't imagined would be so prominent. Apparently years of being pushed around - probably by his father as well as Voldemort - had taught him a hell of a lesson. At least so it seemed.
It wasn't all he had learned. Blaise was curious about Draco's use of wandless magic, wondered just how skilled he'd become at it. There were a myriad things running through Blaise's mind as he picked his way through Diagon Alley, after a seamlessly well hidden trip through Knockturn Alley. He had a few more scrupulous things to purchase as well, and he decided to get them now. He didn't like the elves handling this sort of business and it was merely a minor stop before he returned home to Tuscany. And likely, a displeased Draco. But at the moment, he was merely making his way down the somewhat crowded street.
