"Thank you," she smiled at him as she tucked a stand of hair behind her ear. "So do you," she added. He did. He had certainly grown up since she'd last seen him. They both had, but she couldn't help thinking that he had definitely grown up well.
She laughed softly at his admission that he'd become something of a workaholic. "That looks interesting," she mused as she inspected the napkin. "What kind of work are you doing?"
She nodded her head at his questions. "I'm doing research for the ministry and I'm finally looking for my own flat in London. I'm doing well." She paused and smiled at him again. "It really is good to see you again, you know."
