Theodore shrugged with an amused chuckled. If he wasn't careful his moody and mysterious image would be ruined with all the laughter and amusement. "Then again I wasn't really interested in her fashion sense, so no harm no foul."
As much as he would have liked to say exactly what he thought of particular individuals, namely her mother and his own Father, he knew that this was exactly the time and place for it. Had he known exactly what Daphne was thinking he might have proceeded with the parental bashing, but as it was the conversation was merely steered toward a much better direction.
"It wasn't a compliment, Daph, just the truth," he responded, handing her a glass of wine and turning her attention to the crowd mingling around them. "Shall we locate some company and make this an actual party?"
