Angie saw the path of his gaze and waffled between being irritated and just letting it slide. The damned dress the clerk had chosen for her really did emphasize her curvy build, and really drew attention to her cleavage. She supposed she couldn't fault him for looking if they were right there, right? Still it irked her, just a little.
At least until that smile got a bit more genuine. She smiled. "Hmm. I was right then. You do have good taste," she replied, referring to both his choice in liquor, as well as his compliment to her. "I'd have to say the same for the atmosphere. I didn't come down to this end of the bar just for the whiskey." She gave him an appreciative look. No sir, not at all.
