Thread: Gabrielle Delacour, Neville Longbottom
Characters: Gabrielle Delacour, Neville Longbottom
Date: Weds, February 6th 2004 | Lunchtime
Setting: Lunchroom/Break area in Ministry
Content: Probably PG, safe for work
Summary: Neville spies someone who looks familiar.
Sometimes, he didn't much like his job. Take today for instance. It was one of the rare cases where he'd lost his temper. While he hadn't yelled or remotely raised his voice, therw was no question his tone and words had bite to them.
But who could blame him? Really. Legal aid when needed was one thing. Fighting over and seeking legal advice in a family dispute over property was another; and in this case had been going on for years. He'd finally had enough and told the twins to shut up, man up, and sell the damn lot and split it equally.
He had no idea if they listened or not, it wasn't his concern. By rights he should have shown them the door at the start but he was, at times, a sucker for a sob story and so he'd gotten snookered into listening.
Oh well, he'd forget it now and move on to more pleasant things. Like that witch, bit young but nice looking. He couldn't place her but he was sure he's met her before. Not that he was inclined to dip his quill in the Ministry ink well but a bit of flirtation wasn't a bad thing. Made the day brigher and go buy faster and all that, it did.
Still, that would only be if she was up for playing. He'd wait for a sign, but damn he wished he could place her.
