Yuuri smiled politely as the other woman waved him over. He made his way over to the pair, bowing his head a bit in greeting to the woman. He paused a moment to scratch behind Makkachin's ears, looking up at the woman first before responding to Viktor. It would be rude to do otherwise.
"Hello," he greeted, "I do, hai. I'm Yuuri, by the way. It's nice to meet you, Michelle." At least here, with other people, it wasn't so hard to think about Viktor's memory loss. He smirked just a little, refraining from leaning close or touching Viktor at all. Instead, he focused on happily petting Makkachin while his own Himari rested on his shoulder. "I'm not surprised you find that amusing. It'd only be better if George was a cat."
Yuuri paused, then added, "Yuri isn't in the junior division any more, Vitya. You know, when my sister met him, she decided it was too confusing to have two Yuris so she gave him the nickname Yurio. It's kind of stuck." He grinned. "Yurio hates it." Yuuri turned back to Michelle, thinking he needed to explain a little bit here.
"Sorry. We know each other pretty well from home. When we first got here, we were attacked by those ghouls by the edge of the valley and Viktor hit his head. Lost some of his memory...including the last two years or so, which is where he really knew me." Yuuri didn't add the part that they were engaged or anything more than that, because no one needed to know all that drama when they first met the two of them.
