Yuuri managed a small smile at that suggestion. "I'll stay here too, then. Together." It was a quiet statement, and the Never alone part remained unspoken. Yuuri wasn't about to leave Viktor alone, though. He wanted to make sure that Viktor was safe and the best way that he could do that was to stay close. Unconsciously, Yuuri twisted the ring on his hand where those very words were engraved. A tiny smile formed on his lips. If Viktor didn't remember, then...he would still stay by his side. Because he knew that Viktor would do the same if the situation were reversed.
"You should get some rest. Now that I know you're at least okay, resting is the best way to heal any wound. And I want you to keep that bandage on for as long as I tell you to. I don't want to risk it getting any worse, especially I still don't know what healed you." Without even thinking, Yuuri moved to pull the blankets further up on Viktor. He smiled at Domovoi, reaching out briefly to the Griffin, asking quietly if he could pet him again. Himari was now on his shoulder, which seemed to be her favorite new perch, just watching quietly for now.
