It sounded very bizarre. The very concept of Loki doing anything to hurt him was almost laughable. The best Tony would normally have been able to come up with was, perhaps, a scathing or snarky remark. But that'd be funnier than it was dire.
"How?" Was it bad that there was some part of Tony that was proud of that other version or himself? For being someone who was strong and sturdy, hard to kill or sway, even when he'd so obviously been in positions where folding would have been the easier option? Tony was. Even if that wasn't exactly the topic at hand.
But he didn't even really need to know how before he answered. Yes, details were nice, but it wasn't necessary, exactly. Tony took a drink from his glass, held the liquid in his mouth for a moment before swallowing. "He's violent and unpredictable. Do you think you are? I don't think I'm that same person." He was similar, in some ways, to that Tony Stark, it was true. But he wasn't exactly the same. His motivation, drive, all that - he thought them very different. "You're making it weird to be around you because you're being weird."
