"I'm not making anything up!!!!" Rachel insisted, shrugging his hand away from her shoulder as she turned to face him again for a moment. She looked hurt. She wasn't sure if her expression properly expressed how bad she actually felt right now, but she certainly hoped it did. He obviously wasn't getting that, and it was the most important part to this whole situation for her. She was hurting, and he couldn't fix it. That wasn't supposed to happen anymore. "How can you expect to fix this if you couldn't even tell me in the first place?" She said, shaking her head as if it were the most basic concept in the world. "You were never going to tell me. I had to hear it from Dave Karofsky, of all people." She said, sounding more defeated than she had through out the whole conversation. She turned to leave again, only this time she kept walking, not letting herself turn back around to see how he reacted to that. She really did want to fix this, and she was at least glad to know that he wanted to fix it too, but she just didn't either of them knew how.
