Title: Betrayed
Author: P.C. Cast and Kristin Cast
Copyright date: 2007
Publisher: St Martin's Griffin
How many pages: not sure don't have it with me more than 300
How long it took me to read: 1day
Category: Fiction
I learned about this book from: my little cousin Alexa.
This book was purchased at: borrowed from Alexa
This book is: is ten times better then the first book in the series.
Other books by this author: Marked, Choose, and alot more
Favorite characters: Aphrodite and Heath
When and Where the story takes place: present time at a school
Plot in a nutshell: Zoey is a  girl who becomes marked with a crecsent moon on her for head which means that she was been chosen to become a Vampire.  Her body will either excepted the change or she will die.  Once you are maked you have to be around adult vampires or you will die anyways.  She goes off to The House of The Night which is a Vampire school.  In this book Zoey is the leader of The Dark Daugters.  She has taking the postion from Aphrodite who was using her abilities for evil...lol...not really evil but you get the point.  Someone is kidnapping humans that Zoey hang out with before she was marked.  She tries to figure out what is going on and save people that she cares about.  She also has to figure out what she is going to with her three boy friends
Main characters: Zoey, Aphrodite, Stevie Ray, Damian, Erik
What I liked best: of course the Vampires.  In this book I like that Aphrodite helps Zoey.  She acts like she doesn't care but you know she does.  You get to learn more about Aphrodite and why is such a Bitch.  This book made me like her.
What I liked least: I don't like that Zoey keeps leading Heath on.  He is her ex boyfriend and she has imprinted with he and he totally is in love with her.  Plus she also like Erik and Loren who is a teacher. Plus someone dies in the book and I really like the character.
over all rating;  This book is awesome.  Zoey and Aphrodite work together alittle bit.  When the book ends you are ready to start reading the next one.  You get really it to it!!
