Plot in a nutshell: Tinsley Carmicheal is back and she's doing everything to get everyone else in trouble.

What I liked best: Tough question...Heath amuses me...but he makes me miss Chuck Bass.
What I liked least: Tinsley is really starting to piss me off.

Overall rating: I'm really torn on this series, it's somewhat good, I'm just having a hard time getting into the storyline and characters.
