Pansy had already dismissed all of her ladies, but she put up a charm to block anyone else from hearing them just in case. She gave him a tense smile and motioned to the chair across from hers by the fire. "Please, Father, have a seat. I unfortunately have quite a bit I need to share, and this castle can be quite drafty without the fire."
She waited for him to be seated before she began, her fingers stroking the rosary. "Father, I am sure you are aware that my fiance has a mistress. I have been less than charitable with her. I have hate in my heart for her, because I feel that Marcus can not fall in love with me and be a proper husband because his heart and well... marital activities, belong to another."
She pulled out a lace handkerchief and dabbed at her eyes. "Father, how to I have proper agape for her when I feel she is a threat to my future, my marriage and my life?"
