Owls to the diary keepers of the Irish King and Scottish Crown Prince I am writing with regards to the arranged visit of Princess Anaïs of Québec, scheduled to occur in the coming weeks.
We have recently heard of the passing of the King of Scotland, and of course, we understand that the priorities of the Crown may change in the interrim. Should the visit of the Princess Royal delay, please advise us of this and so we can make the necessary changes to her schedule.
Kind regards,
Duke Jean-Claude de Valois Private Secretary to HRH Princess Anaïs of Québec
We write to offer our most sincere condolences upon the passing of His Royal Highness, the King of Scotland. Our nation has always believed in the persons of the Royal Family being family figures to their people, and so we understand that previous concerns of the Crown and the people of Scotland will be changing.
To that effect, we wish to state our understanding should the visit of the Princess Royal require a delay. Please advise us as to any appropriate changes to be made to her Highness' schedule.
Regards,
Duke Jean-Claude de Valois Private Secretary to HRH Princess Anaïs of Québec
