I can't believe Christmas is in a few weeks. The holidays always fly by so quickly. And they always seem to be so dramatic- have you noticed?
I guess that means I'll have to actually start shopping soon. Ri- do you want anything specific this year? Do you, Wes?

Right. Christmas time.
Because Thanksgiving wasn't brutal enough.
I finally got around to putting up some lights- not as easy as people make it look, by the way- and the tree's up, too. I made some homemade ornaments with the boys, and they're absolutely adorable. They're hanging front and center on the tree, of course.

You know, as hideous as my face is currently, I am almost fascinated by the bruise color changing process. It's now a weird pale green instead of purple. At least I can breathe through my nose again.
Probably not interesting to people who get hurt all the time, but damnit, I think it's cool.
