There is something very distinctly annoying about children. How is it possible for them to be so loud and misbehaved all the time? Don't parents know how to keep their children in line? I know my mother was strict on us, so why shouldn't other mothers follow her lead? It simply amazes me how such imbeciles can be out there having children like that.
