Great. Now she was making a mess of things with Calvin. See? This was the exact reason why she didn't like interacting with people. She always somehow managed to scare them all away. She had to think fast though. Aside from her family, Calvin was one of the few people she spoke to, and she didn't want to lose his friendship or whatever it was she had with him. She trailed off, biting her lip and deciding to forget it all at the last minute when actually it was all too late to forget anyway. It had all been said, and no, she couldn't retract things as easily verbally as she could in print. That was why it was better to keep quiet and just write everything down. You got a chance to read it over later to reevaluate your work and decide if it was still good or not. She sighed and took her seat. What was it that she had actually wanted to say again? "Thank you.
