She felt it before she could see what it was that bumped into her, and her instincts immediately told her to shut her laptop, which she did with a snap. Penny didn't even have to look up to know it was Calvin, and she immediately relaxed if only just the tiniest little bit. She was still terribly shy as she peered up at Calvin through her bangs and just gave him a little smile. "Hi." She would have tried her best to answer his question had an onslaught of hardcore sneezes hadn't begun to rock her back and forth with the fury of a hurricane's storm surge.
Once they were through, she sniffled and reached into her bag to pull out a few tissue papers to at least cover her nose as she looked up once more at Calvin. How embarrassing. She couldn't even answer a simple question without going into allergy mode. "I'm okay," she finally replied, her voice muffled as a direct result of the paper. Calvin, her mind reminded her, had the ability to see the future, but he couldn't really control it in the sense that he couldn't choose what he wanted to see. It just sort of happened. Had he known she was going to have a sneeze-fest just there? Talk about embarrassing.
