Albert blew out a quick sigh of frustration, and exited the store with his hands shoved deeply into his pockets, already digging for his keys. A bust. He'd been hoping for something with some older elements, something for Jamie, and something more accessible than middle english, and something with a little more... well anything that wasn't as boring as mud. There had been a few possibilities, but nothing felt right, and soon enough he found himself leaving the store, without a single purchase.
He'd nearly stumbled over Aidan, and immediately offered an apology, shaking his head at how preoccupied he'd been. The gesture was short lived, and immediately, his face registered a dull look of surprise at the tailend of the phone coversation, and even though he'd neutralized his expression afterward, if Aidan had been looking, it'd been clearly visible. It wasn't a shock that there was banned materials, and it wasn't a shock that someone had recognized that there was strict regulations on the forms of entertainment, but it was a surprise that someone was talking about it so openly. And... reporting about it? Good luck getting that passed the Council, kid.
