Was it getting warmer in there, or was it just Jack? He knew it was crowded, but he didn't remember it being that hot. He looked down at Elliot and wondered if she was making his body temperature rise. She certainly looked like she could have in that corset of hers. He took another swig of water to cool himself down, wiping the condensation of the bottle off on his forehead. It felt amazing. It was fun to play on stage in front of your classmates and people from the city, but it was miserable standing under those lights for long periods of time.
"Thanks. I think we're really starting to sync up." He shrugged, then smiled down at her. "You look really good. I bet all the guys are hitting on you tonight." He glanced around. Sure enough, girls and guys alike were staring at the pair of them. He ignored them and brought his attention back to Elliot.
"So, have you been working on those concepts for merch?" He figured she might not have started yet. They'd just talked about it mere days before. But it was worth a shot to ask. He was pretty excited for them.
