When the crash occurred, Jaden had been looking through a book containing information about medicines behind the counter. He immediately looked around finding everything that was a problem for him. First, he was behind the counter. There were racks that used to contain things all over the floor around him. Second, the store was a wreck. If he even attempted to start running, he was going to get himself killed, and the zombies wouldn't need to do anything. Well nothing except eat his lifeless corpse after the fact. "Damn!"
"I can distract them for a while, but unless you have an idea, I won't be able to get much speed until I can clear a path," Jaden called back to Mao. He looked around the are. The best option he could find was throwing pens and pencils at the zombies. Now, Jaden did have an arm that could make major league baseball pitchers, but he was pretty sure that he could only do so much damage with just that. He felt his side for the knives to make sure they were both still with him. He was pretty sure things had already gone past dodgy, and the two of them may just be screwed.
Jaden lifted one of the display racks that was in his way. He then spun around swiftly and let it go after he had gotten a fair amount of momentum. It knocked one of the zombies back out of the window into another zombie. Despite the grim situation, Jaden couldn't help but smile a bit. "Anyone asks," he called over, "I meant to do that."
