Eden smirked as she heard him play...impressive. However being able to play solos was an entirely different thing than working together as a unit...like in a band. It was up to the drummer that the rest of them kept time, so no flashy show off moments unless it was planned out. Her eyes met Toby's when he was done. He was being snarky with her, so she was giving the guy a hard time...he was going to be a key part in the future of being a superstar...she had every right to be picky and only want the best. She raised an eyebrow at him basically asking, 'Do you really want to be pulling that attitude with me right now...do you want to visit the same doctor Travis went to because trust me I have no qualms about that.' She probably wouldn't break his nose, just give him a slap upside his head. Jack would be pissed if she incapacitated the remaining members of the band.
As Ariel laughed she refused the urge to kick him in the shins...even though her boys with the attitude was starting to piss her off...this was serious she didn't have to be all smiley and 'just do your best.' Fuck that...he better be the best of he had no business playing the drums...being the drummer was a very important role and she didn't want to give it to just anybody. However, the kid was good, there was no denying that.
When Mao was done she gave a little 'hm,' and walked closer,
"Pretty good, however we still have to see if you can work in a unit, you know, with the rest of the members," she paused and leaned a bit closer, "Oh and another thing, my panties never get in a bunch...I go commando." Her smile grew as she turned on her heel and made her way over to her keyboard and looked at Ariel,
"So...mister singer man what song should we test him out with? And no we're not doing Uptown Girl."
