To be fair Caleb was trying to be nice but tonight was one of his usual nights of frustration over...life in general. Sure he enjoyed his job, he liked feeling like he made a difference although no one really knew about it. So his normal jovial tone was a bit more gruff than usual which might come off as him being condescending. He let out a little laugh as she whistles for the bartender. That was one way for him to get attention. He tipped his head back to finish up his beer as she ordered.
Caleb would be lying if he said his eyes didn't glance to her legs for a moment as she adjusted her dress. Her legs weren't bad but still he hammered in to place, young, very young, much too young. He didn't know exactly how old she was but she looked younger than his sister...maybe even younger than Tommy and in his mind that was just way to weird. Maybe he could set her up with Tommy, Tommy needed a girl like yesterday.
"Yeah, well pubs are nice things, some of the more fancy pubs carry high balls and cocktails but Murray's decided to stay classic and just serve beer, ale, shit like that." He noticed that she bought him another beer. While he was pretty sure he had reached his limit for the night there was no way he was gonna turn down a perfectly good beer. Also he didn't want to be rude, he still had to see if she could be a good match for his brother. Sure he might be jumping the gun on that, he didn't even know the girl's name, but Caleb wanted Tommy to find a good spunky girl and she seemed like a spunky girl. Also she was pretty so that worked. And what do you know he now has her name, Dawn. Caleb wiped his hand off on his jacket before extending it,
"Caleb, Caleb West, nice to meet you Dawn...is there a last name that goes to that?"
